Editorial Policy
How We Research, Verify and Correct
We earn money when readers sign up through our links. That is a real conflict of interest. These are the rules we hold ourselves to because of it.
1. We do not publish rates we cannot stand behind
Rakeback percentages, lossback rates, VIP caps and application windows are checked against Thrill.com’s own cashier, terms of service and promotions pages — not copied from other affiliate sites. In practice that usually means we do not publish them at all: rates change without notice, and an advertised maximum is not the rate a new account receives. Collapsing that distinction is the most common way these pages mislead people, so we describe the mechanism and point you at the cashier for the live figure instead.
2. Every page carries a real date
The “last updated” date in each byline reflects the last time that page’s content was actually changed or re-checked. We do not roll dates forward to look fresh. If a page has not been touched in three months, its date says so, and you should weight it accordingly.
3. Affiliate income never buys a verdict
We are paid a share of the house edge generated by accounts opened through our links. Thrill.com does not see, review or approve anything before it is published, and has no input into what we write about its licensing, payout behaviour or shortcomings.
Concretely, that means we publish the things that cost us money: that offshore licensing gives you limited recourse in a dispute, that rakeback is a discount on a negative-expectation activity rather than a way to win, that the headline VIP cap requires wagering volumes almost nobody reaches, and that leaderboard races are effectively inaccessible at small stakes. If a page reads like it was written to close a sale, it has failed this policy.
4. Uncertainty is stated, not smoothed over
Where terms vary by region, by VIP tier or by live campaign, we say so and tell you where to check rather than inventing a number that reads more confidently. Hedged language used to avoid doing the research is a failure; hedged language that accurately reflects a genuinely variable term is correct.
5. We disclose in the same view as the offer
The advertiser disclosure appears above the first affiliate link on every page, not only in the footer. Affiliate links carry rel="sponsored" so search engines and automated tools can identify them without ambiguity.
6. AI assistance, human accountability
Research and drafting may be assisted by software. Every factual claim, figure and recommendation is checked by a person before it goes live, and Jay is accountable for all of it. We do not publish content that nobody has read.
7. Corrections are welcome and dated
If something here is wrong, we want to know. Email hello@thrillreferralcode.com or use the contact page. Substantive corrections are made promptly and the page date is updated to reflect the change.
8. Harm reduction comes before conversion
Every page carries responsible gambling information and links to free, independent support organisations. We will not run copy that frames gambling as income, presents losses as recoverable, or pressures a decision with artificial urgency. The 24-hour code deadline is real and we report it; countdown timers and fake scarcity are not, and we do not use them.
