Step by step
How to Use a Thrill Referral Code
Where the field is, how to apply code help correctly, and how to fix it when it will not go in. The order of these steps matters more than anything else.
helpUnlocks Thrill’s rakeback rewards programme. Apply it within 24 hours of signing up and before your first deposit.

The five steps
Open Thrill through the referral link
Go to https://thrill.com/?r=help in a normal browser tab. This attaches code help to the session before an account exists, which is the most reliable path. Avoid in-app browsers inside social media apps — they strip referral parameters routinely.
Register the account
Sign up with an email address or a connected wallet, pick a username and a strong password, and accept the Terms of Service. Use accurate details: rewards on an account that later fails verification can be withheld. Do not deposit at this stage.
Open the Referral Code field
Go to the account menu (the avatar or hamburger icon in the top bar on mobile) and select Referral Code. Some layouts also link it from the site footer. Both routes open the same field.
Enter help and press Apply
Type the code exactly as written, with no leading or trailing space, and press Apply. If the referral link worked the field may already be populated — leave it as is rather than re-entering it.
Confirm it is active before funding the account
Reload the Referral Code section and check the code shows as applied. This ten-second check is the whole game: once you deposit or place a real-money bet, the field is removed permanently and no support agent can restore it.
When the code will not apply
Five things go wrong, and four of them are fixable. The table tells you which.
| Problem | Why it happens | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The Referral Code option is not in my account menu | Either it has already been used on this account, or the 24-hour window has closed, or you have already deposited or bet. | If you registered within the window and have not transacted, try a full page reload and check under both account settings and the footer. If it is genuinely gone, it cannot be restored — the campaign is unavailable on that account. |
| The code is rejected as invalid | Usually a stray space, a smart quote pasted from another page, or a capitalisation difference. | Clear the field and type help manually rather than pasting. If it still fails, the campaign may be restricted in your region. |
| I used the link but no code appeared | Ad blockers, strict privacy modes, in-app browsers and VPNs all strip referral parameters. | Do not assume it tracked. Open the Referral Code field and enter the code manually, which overrides the link path anyway. |
| I deposited before applying the code | The first deposit closes the window immediately, regardless of how long ago you registered. | There is no fix. The account keeps standard VIP progression but is not enrolled in the partner campaign. Opening a second account to get around this breaches the terms and risks the balance. |
| I applied the code but see no rakeback | Rakeback accrues on wagering, not on deposits, and rates start low on a new account. | Place some eligible wagers and check the rewards or cashier section. If the code shows as applied and nothing accrues after meaningful play, contact Thrill support with screenshots. |
What happens after the code is applied
Nothing dramatic, and that is worth setting expectations about. There is no bonus balance credited, no free spins dropped into the account and no confirmation email celebrating a windfall. The code enrols your account in a rewards campaign that pays out gradually as you wager.
Rakeback accrues on eligible wagers and is claimed or credited through the rewards area. Rates start at the bottom of the advertised range on a new account and improve with VIP progression. Lossback settles over a defined period and only pays when you are net down. The mechanics, and what they are genuinely worth, are broken down in our Thrill bonuses guide.
If you want the short version of the whole offer, it is on the main Thrill referral code page.
Applying a Thrill Referral Code — FAQ
How long do I have to apply a Thrill referral code?
24 hours from registration, and it must be before your first deposit or real-money bet. Whichever comes first ends the window. After that the Referral Code field is removed from the account permanently.
Where exactly is the referral code field on Thrill?
It is inside the account area, not on the registration form. Open the account menu and select Referral Code. On mobile the menu sits behind the avatar or hamburger icon in the top bar. Some layouts also expose a link in the footer.
Do I still need to enter the code if I used a referral link?
You should still check. Referral links work most of the time, but ad blockers, privacy modes and in-app browsers strip the parameter. Open the field and confirm the code shows as active before you deposit.
Can support add my referral code after the window closes?
No. This is a hard system limit rather than a discretionary policy, and support cannot override it. This is why the confirmation step matters more than any other part of the process.
Will applying a code change my deposit or my odds?
No. A referral code only determines which reward campaign your account belongs to. It does not affect deposit amounts, game odds, RTP or the house edge.
Can I apply a second code later to get a better rate?
No. A code binds an account once, permanently. There is no way to change it, and running a second account to try breaches the terms of service.
Responsible Gambling
Rakeback reduces the house edge. It does not remove it. Over enough wagers, Thrill still expects to win — that is what the edge means, and no referral code changes it. Treat any rewards you earn as a discount on entertainment you were going to pay for anyway, never as income.
Only play if you are 18+ (or older, where your jurisdiction requires it) and online gambling with crypto is legal where you live. Set deposit limits before you start, never chase a loss, and never gamble with money you need.
