How thrillreferralcode.com handles your data. In force from 16 September 2026.
1. Who we are
thrillreferralcode.com(“we”, “us”) is an independent publisher covering Thrill.com referral codes and rewards. For data protection purposes the data controller is the site operator, contactable at hello@thrillreferralcode.com.
2. What we collect
We do not run user accounts, we do not sell anything directly, and we do not ask you to submit personal information to read any page. The data involved is limited to:
- Server logs. Our host records standard request data — IP address, user agent, referring URL, timestamp and the page requested — for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics.
- Analytics. If enabled, aggregate measurement of page views, approximate location at country level, device type and referral source. Used to understand which pages are useful, not to identify individuals.
- Affiliate click data. When you follow a link to Thrill.com, the destination may record that the visit originated here so any resulting commission is attributed correctly.
- Email correspondence. If you contact us, we keep the message and your address for as long as needed to deal with it.
We do not collect payment details, government identification, or gambling account credentials. We never will — nobody legitimate needs those to explain a referral code.
3. Legal basis (UK/EU visitors)
- Legitimate interests — server logs, security, and aggregate analytics necessary to operate and improve the site.
- Consent — any non-essential cookies or trackers, where a consent mechanism is presented. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests — responding to an enquiry you initiated.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies may be set by our host for security and delivery. Analytics and affiliate attribution may set additional cookies or use equivalent identifiers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential ones being blocked may affect how the site displays, but nothing here requires a login.
Once you click through to Thrill.com you are on a third-party site governed by its own privacy policy and cookie practices, not ours.
5. Third parties who process data
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery. Processes request logs.
- Google Fonts (self-hosted) — font files are served from our own domain, so no request is made to Google when you load a page.
- Analytics provider — if enabled, receives aggregate usage data.
- Thrill.com affiliate programme — receives referral attribution data when you follow an outbound link.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.
6. How long we keep it
Server logs are retained for a short operational period by our host. Aggregate analytics may be retained for up to 26 months. Email correspondence is kept while the matter is open and deleted when no longer needed.
7. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Under the CCPA and CPRA, California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.
To exercise any right, email hello@thrillreferralcode.com. We respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to your national supervisory authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
8. Children
This site covers gambling and is intended only for adults of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
Our host operates a global edge network, so data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards our processors have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
10. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be noted in the page byline.
